2. Do you provide services for children?
No, MindCare PLLC does not provide services for children. Our practice focuses on providing therapy for adults and adolescents aged 18 and older.
3. How can I book an appointment?

4. Do you offer in-person and virtual therapy sessions?
We offer virtual (telehealth) therapy sessions ONLY, allowing flexibility for our clients based on their preferences and needs.
5. What insurance plans do you accept?
At the moment, MindCare PLLC is not accepting insurance. We will be in-network with insurances in the future.
6. What should I expect in my first session?
During your first session, Rajni Sharma will discuss your concerns, gather background information, and collaborate with you to create a personalized treatment plan. It is a safe space to share your thoughts and feelings without judgment.
7. What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
8. Is my information kept confidential?
Yes, we take confidentiality seriously. Your information is protected under HIPAA guidelines, and we do not share your personal data without your consent, except as required by law.
9. How long is a therapy session?
Sessions typically last 50–60 minutes, though the duration may vary depending on your treatment plan and needs.
10. How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies based on individual needs. Some clients benefit from short-term therapy, while others may require ongoing support. Rajni Sharma will work with you to determine the best course of treatment.
11. How do I contact Rajni Sharma between sessions?
I have a flexible schedule on weekdays and weekends. Please note that response times may vary, and in case of an emergency, call 911 or visit your nearest emergency room. 12. What if I need to change consultant?

MindCare PLLC focuses on therapy and counseling services. However, if medication is necessary, I offer medication management and supportive.
14. Can I request specific therapy approaches?
